My name is Sophia Arnesen and I'm a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in Arvada, Colorado. I am also the owner & founder of The Olde Town Arvada Wellness Collective. I help women navigate hormone imbalances so they can have more energy, more balanced moods and emotions, regular menstrual cycles, pain free periods, and optimized fertility so they can get back to living out their wildest dreams.
I am nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), as well as Clean Needle Technique and CPR/First Aid certified. I received my Bachelor's degree from UNC-Charlotte and my Master's of science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My services include: acupuncture, fire cupping, herbal medicine, gua sha & moxibustion.
